The examination must be endorsed in the health booklet, together with an additional opinion from the prescribing doctor. For direct insurees (except the Coast Guard), an MRI also needs a certificate from the General Hospital of Lamia that the examination is not carried out there.
Direct insurees pay 0% and members pay 20%.
